About Reflectra

Built by a therapist, for the work between sessions.

Reflectra turns a clinician's method into a structured program, then helps clients practice it every day through short reflections.

Why we exist

A session is an hour. The work happens in the other 167.

Clinicians teach the same core ideas to client after client, and a lot of it fades before the next appointment. A structured program with daily practice keeps the work going between sessions.

But building a program is a production job: a curriculum, scripts, filming, editing, a landing page and somewhere for clients to practice. Most clinicians never get the time to do it. Reflectra does that part, so the clinician's time goes to the clinical decisions.

Where we started

The first program comes from our own practice.

Reflectra was founded by a therapist who runs Acceptance Path Counseling. Its 8-week virtual panic program is the first one built with Reflectra, and it's the template for every program that follows.

How we work

Standards that shape every program.

  • Clinicians lead

The method, the content and every clinical decision belong to the practice. Nothing reaches a client without a clinician's approval.

  • Small daily steps

A reflection should take a minute or two. Programs are designed so a busy client can keep up.

  • Plain language

Clients should understand every screen on the first read, and practices should understand every price before they sign.

  • Honest claims

We describe what a program does and how progress is measured. We don't promise outcomes.

Fuller understanding. Better living.
