A new mode of therapy

Better care starts with better information.

A single appointment can miss the context of everyday life. Seven days of your own reflections give your licensed clinician far more to work with. Once they complete your assessment, that same material shapes any techniques they teach you.

$147 one-time Reflection Assessment. Ongoing care from $69 a month, with the same clinician.

Daily reflections become better information.

Organized for your Reflectra clinician.

During assessment: reflection only.
A clinician assigned to you

We assign a licensed clinician. You never have to find one.

Clear next steps

A written assessment, personal plan, recommendations, and a voice walkthrough.

The same clinician throughout

If you continue with Reflectra, you stay with the clinician who assessed you.

Personalized psychoeducation

Evidence-based techniques, connected to your own life.

Understanding a technique is not the same as being able to use it. Reflectra turns established behavioral science into instruction drawn from what you actually shared: your situations, your words, your week.

  • Built from your own reflectionsYour clinician works from the situations you described, not just a questionnaire score.
  • Approved before it reaches youA licensed clinician signs off on each technique and on how it is first explained to you.
  • Taught in contextEach technique is introduced when it connects to something you have described, not handed over as a worksheet to translate later.

How your next step is chosen

  1. Your own reflections

What is hard, what helped, what matters.

  2. Your clinician's judgment

Applied with your assessment and recommendations in view.

  3. A technique, when one fits

Your clinician may assign a practice from an established behavioral approach.

Assessment first. Techniques begin only after your clinician completes the assessment and approves the specific technique for you.

Why it is taught this way

Psychoeducation stays abstract when it arrives with no connection to your week. The aim is to close the gap between understanding a technique and using it on an ordinary Tuesday.

  • Explained through a story that fitsThe teaching starts from what you described, then shows the idea through one relatable example of someone facing a similar kind of difficulty.
  • Sequenced by your clinicianOne technique at a time, in the order your clinician judges you can use it.
  • Revisited, not filed awayLater reflections show your clinician what landed and what needs another pass.

The Reflection Assessment

A fuller picture. A clear next step.

You bring the everyday details. Your clinician brings the clinical judgment.

A clinician from the start

We assign your licensed clinician before day one.

Space to tell your story

Speak or type on seven distinct days, while details are fresh.

Recommendations for you

Your written assessment, personal plan, recommendations, and voice walkthrough.

Care that follows the plan

Begin the care your clinician recommends, with the same clinician who assessed you.

Seven different days, at your pace. Not necessarily consecutive. Several entries on one date count as one day; onboarding does not count.

Clinical decisions stay with your clinician. AI organizes and drafts for review. It never diagnoses, assigns exercises, or decides your care.

Two ways to begin

Your first step toward better-informed care.

Both include a licensed clinician, a written assessment, a personal plan, recommendations, and a voice walkthrough.

Explore all questions
Why reflect across different days?

Details fade. Reflections keep them while they are fresh, across different days, so your clinician sees more than one memory of one week.

Do I need to find my own clinician?

No. Reflectra assigns a licensed clinician after onboarding, before your first reflection day or live intake.

Do the seven reflection days have to be consecutive?

No. Seven distinct local calendar days. Several entries on one date count as one; onboarding does not count. Seven days alone does not complete the assessment.

When can I receive techniques?

Only after your clinician completes your assessment and approves the specific technique for you. During assessment, AI responses stay reflection-only, even with clinician approval or early reading.

What does AI do, and what does my clinician do?

AI organizes your reflections and drafts material for review. Your clinician assesses, recommends, and approves. AI never diagnoses or assigns exercises.

What happens after my assessment?

Your clinician's recommendations set the path, and ongoing care is how you follow it with the same clinician. Your assessment, plan, recommendations, and voice walkthrough are yours whether or not you continue.
